Among the many Spring Day 2004 activities, we think twinning is one of the most interesting interactive ones. It aims at matching schools in pairs, one from the EU and one from a new member state or a candidate country, to work together on a topic.
 
Italy and Slovenia decided to cooperate in a recipe exchange which would take place via e-mail in the vehicular language (English).
 
Recipes were translated and then baked to be eaten and offered at school on March 23rd, 2004.
